Rates

IT Management: $125/hr

Senior System Administrator: $165/hr (Windows / Linux)

System Administrator: $125/hr

IMAC (Install, Move, Add, Change) Project Technician: $90/hr

Solution Architect: $165/hr

VMWare / Hyper-V $165/hr

Desktop Support

  • First level support to all workstation and laptops including Microsoft O/S, Linux, MS Office, Anti-Virus, File and Print as well as device driver and minor hardware issues.
  • First level (best effort) support to non-Microsoft software, working with vendors for support and solutions.
  • Ensure Microsoft software is at most recent approved levels on all workstations.
  • Ensure virus and malware definitions are at most recent approved revision on all workstations.
  • Address miscellaneous user issues raised by site contact.

 

 

Network and Server Support

  • Scheduled server and network maintenance including domain controller(s), terminal server(s), exchange servers, mail servers, spam filters, firewalls and network devices.
  • Ensure all updates are at most recent approved levels.
  • Check event logs, research entries and take appropriate action.
  • Ensure backup processes are running to completion as documented.
  • Perform system maintenance.
  • Ensure firewall firmware updates are at most recent approved revision.
  • Ensure virus updates are at most recent approved revisions.
  • First level (best effort) support to non-Microsoft software, working with vendors for support and solutions.
  • General support for over all IT health.

 

After Hour server and network support

  • 5:00pm to 7:30am
  • Billed at 1x5 times the normal rate
